What data we process
Browsing data. The IT systems that run this website (hosting provided by Aruba S.p.A.) collect, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of the internet: IP addresses, access times, pages visited. These are technical data, retained for the time strictly necessary for security and proper operation.
Data provided voluntarily. Anyone writing to the firm’s e-mail address or using the contact details published on this site voluntarily provides their data (name, contact details, content of the message). Such data are used exclusively to answer the request and, where applicable, to manage the ensuing professional relationship.
Comments. Anyone leaving a comment on the articles provides their name, e-mail address and the content of the comment; these data are retained for the management and moderation of the comments themselves.
Cookies. This site uses technical cookies only, which are necessary for its operation. No profiling cookies or consent-requiring analytics tools are used.
Legal basis and purposes
Processing is based on: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (answering contact requests); the controller’s legitimate interest in the proper and secure operation of the site; compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.
Retention
Data are retained for the time necessary for the purposes indicated and, for requests that lead to a professional engagement, for the period required by the legal obligations on document retention.
Recipients
Data are neither disseminated nor sold to third parties. They may be accessed by providers of technical services to the controller (in particular the hosting provider Aruba S.p.A.) acting as data processors, and by parties to whom disclosure is required by law.
